Why S’well?
S'well is the only fashion hydration accessory that looks great and does good. Since its inception in 2010, founder and CEO Sarah Kauss has made it S'well's mission to create covetable hydration accessories that are as stylish as they are eco-friendly, and that give back to communities in need. Since the beginning, our customers have responded emphatically to our products, gravitating toward their on-trend look and smart design—in particular our triple-layered insulation, which keeps beverages hot or cold. With our countless colors and unique patterns, exciting collaborations, and limited-edition designs, customers can always expect something new from S’well each season. Can I put my S’well in the refrigerator/freezer?
Our vacuum seal keeps beverages colder or hotter, longer than all the rest. so there’s no need to place in a freezer or refrigerator. Doing so can actually damage the bottle and its vacuum seal.

Can I use my S’well to keep liquids fresh?

S’well bottles are not intended for the long-term storage of liquids. Alcohol, fermented or dairy-based beverages can spoil and may cause excessive pressure buildup in bottle, which can lead to lid failure and injury.

How do I clean/store my bottle?

S'well products are NOT dishwasher safe. Running a S’well through the dishwasher can cause paint to chip and the vacuum seal to become ineffective. STORING: After washing your S'well, we recommend that you dry your bottle by airing it out upside down and storing it with the lid off. This will help keep your S’well as fresh as the day you got it.

CLEANING: S’well products are simply cleaned with a mixture of hot water and soap. Our brush is a great tool to ensure your S'well is as clean as the day you got it! Finally, we recommend using effervescent tablets for those hard to reach places. Rinse your S'well after every use. Always dry and store your S’well with the top off. Avoid submerging your bottle and cap in water for long periods of time as this will interfere with the vacuum seal.

STORING: After washing your S'well, we recommend that you dry your bottle by airing it out upside down and storing it with the lid off. This will help keep your S’well as fresh as the day you got it.

What is a S’well bottle made of?

S’well bottles are made of high-quality, 18/8, food-grade stainless steel. They are BPA-free, providing a healthier and safer option to single-use beverage containers.

Where does S’well manufacture its product?

Our bottles and beverage containers are thoughtfully designed in New York City and are responsibly made in China.

Can S'well provide testing/ compliance documentation regarding materials and safety certifications?

Please note that S'well products are made of 18/8, food-grade stainless steel. Additionally, S'well bottles have been certified to meet all regulatory requirements by an independent and accredited testing facility. S'well does not provide testing documentation to our customers.

How can I use my S’well Traveler?

The Traveler is a new beverage container with a wider mouth and ergonomic grip, becoming the perfect companion for anyone with an active lifestyle. Exceptional for hydrating at home, work, on the road or wherever the moment takes you, the Traveler showcases a variety of S’well patterns and finishes to make on-the-go look better than ever before. Holding up to S’well bottles' performance standards, our Travelers are available in three sizes (12oz, 16oz and 20oz) so you have versatility when enjoying your favorite beverages. CAUTION! S’well Travelers are not intended for the long-term storage of liquids. Alcohol, some juices, and dairy-based beverages can spoil and may cause excessive pressure buildup in your beverage container, which can lead to lid failure or injury.

Remember if you are using your S’well Traveler to enjoy a fizzy soda, some bubbly, or another carbonated beverage, please use caution when opening. The airtight seal maintains the pressure required for all those bubbles. However, we don’t want you to spray champagne on your favorite jacket or have the cap get away from you. If using with carbonated beverages, never point the beverage container at anyone when opening.

What can I use my S’well Tumbler for?

The S’well Tumbler is a magical addition to the S’well family, offering elevated design and an enhanced drinking experience for any beverage moment. Perfect for indoor or outdoor entertaining, the stylish, stainless steel Tumbler comes in classic S’well patterns and durable finishes that standalone, gain attention in pairs or mix elegantly with a variety of other S’well products. Available in two sizes (10oz and 18oz), the Tumbler keeps drinks hot or cold with a condensation-free grip to make drinking your morning juice, after-dinner drinks and everything in between a special occasion.

Make any S’well Tumbler the perfect to-go container with our durable and insulated, stainless steel Tumbler Lid. The lid pops on with ease and is straw-friendly.

CAUTION! S’well Tumblers, even paired with our lid, are not enclosed and may spill if not handled with care. Hot beverages, not handled with care, can cause serious injury if spilled on user.

Warranties & Returns


What is the warranty on S’well products?

Corporate Gifting orders:
S'well does not accept returns or exchanges. If you have received a defective S’well product that has been ordered using either our Corporate Gifting portal, please send an email to corporatesales@swell.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product with proof of purchase, reason for claim and pictures of your product. Specifically, please send a full-length photo of the front of the product, the bottom of the product and the claimed damage or defective area, if applicable. S’well will review all cases. In the event that S’well deems a replacement is necessary, we will replace the product with the same style and size. If that product is not available, a credit will be issued. S’well’s fourteen day warranty does not cover any issues due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or loss / theft of the product.

Custom orders:
The minimum order size is 100 products per style/size.

Can I order Corporate Gifts below your minimums?

S'well is unable to fulfill orders below our minimums at this time.

How can I place an order?

Corporate Gifting orders:
Please complete the application for either Corporate Gifts here: https://business.swell.com/apply. In the application, please tell us more about you and your event. We will review the information you provide and reach out in 1-2 business days. Not all applications will be approved, so please tell us as much as you can in the applicable fields.

Can I see a mock-up of my custom S'well order?

Custom orders:
A virtual proof of your Custom order will be provided 1-2 business days after your application has been approved.

Are there any specifications for how I can customize my S'well product?

Custom orders:
S’well reserves the right to approve or deny any customization to S’well products. All custom orders are managed by S’well. For more information, please contact us at corporatesales@swell.com.

Modes of Decoration

Logos can be laser engraved (etched down to the stainless steel S'well product) or printed in up to three Pantone colors of your choice. All printed artwork must specify a Pantone color. There is no difference in price between engraving and printing.

Format

All logos or other graphics must be provided in vector format (either .ai or .eps format).

Dimensions

The dimensions our decorators work within are predicated on whether you prefer your Custom S'wells to be engraved or printed. The maximum dimensions are listed below:

Engraving
9oz: 3” H x 1.5” W
17oz: 4.7" H x 1.5" W
25oz: 6" H x 1.75" W

Printing
9oz: 3" H x 1" W
17oz: 4.7" H x 1" W
25oz: 6" H x 1.25" W

Placement

1. Decoration is always placed on the side opposite the S'well logo.
2. Please specify horizontal or vertical placements.

Restrictions

Logos or artwork that relate to political organizations, religious organizations, or any evidence of an unhealthy lifestyle would not be approved by our Custom Sales team.

Can S'well provide examples of engraving and printing?

Custom orders:

What forms of payment does S'well accept?

Corporate Gifting orders:
S'well can only accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) and ACH wire transfer.

Do you have a set-up charge?

Custom orders:
Each order incurs a one-time $85 set-up charge.

Corporate Gifting orders:
There is no set-up charge for orders made on our Corporate Gifting portal.

Am I eligible for any discounts?

Corporate Gifting orders:
All orders made through our Corporate Gifting portals receive special pricing. To learn about current or upcoming promotions, email us at corporatesales@swell.com to sign up for our mailing list and receive updates.

How can I review which products are available to order?

Custom orders:
All S'well products available for customization can be found within our Custom Catalog here: https://business.swell.com/custom/shop

Corporate Gifting orders:
An online catalog featuring S'well products is available to order via our Corporate Gifting portal and will be made available once your application has been approved.

What do I do if the S'well I would like to order is unavailable?

Corporate Gifting orders:
Not all bottles offered on swell.com are available for bulk purchasing or customization. Please refer to the Corporate Gifting catalogs, found within their respective applications.

Can I order S'well products for my company's Gift With Purchase program?

Corporate Gifting orders:
S’well guidelines restrict the purchase of S'wells for Gift With Purchase programs. We do have an opportunity to change the language and communication of these types of programs to "Thank You" programs in which S'well would not be used to build incremental sales, but instead would be gifted after the fact.

Can I order different types of S'wells in one order?

Corporate Gifting orders:
S'well can only accept orders of one color and one style.

Can S'well donate Corporate Gifts?

Can S'well send a sample?

Corporate Gifting orders:
Unfortunately, we are unable to send samples of S’wells at this time. We recommend purchasing S'well products from swell.com.

How can I update my username/password information?

Corporate Gifting orders:
Please contact us corporatesales@swell.com. We are happy to manually update the information requested.

Can I customize S'well products myself?

Custom orders:
All custom orders are managed by S’well. Buyers must contact the custom order portal to apply for potential customization of S’well products. For more information, please contact us at corporatesales@swell.com.

Can I change a facet of my order before it is shipped?

Corporate Gifting orders:
We are able to edit an order until it has been paid. Once an order is confirmed and paid, no changes can be facilitated.

Can I cancel my order?

Corporate Gifting orders:
We can cancel an order prior to submission of payment. For all cancellation requests, please contact us at corporatesales@swell.com.

Can I order S'well products to resell online?

Corporate Gifting orders:
If you have a Reseller Number/Tax ID, and would like to apply to become an official S’well Retailer, please include your Reseller Number/Tax ID in your application. S’well does not allow buyers to resell online, except with explicit written permission. This includes website(s), Amazon.com, or any other online marketplace. For more information, please contact us at corporatesales@swell.com.

Can I order S'wells to resell internationally?

Corporate Gifting orders:
S'well does not currently facilitate orders from international resellers at this time.

Is S'well a member of the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI)?

Corporate Gifting orders:
S'well is not a member of ASI, though we do work directly with its members. For a quote, please contact us at corporatesales@swell.com.

Does S'well accept Purchase Orders?

Corporate Gifting orders:
We do not accept Purchase Orders at this time. We ask our customers to please complete our applications. Please be sure to enter your PO number in the PO field of the application you are submitting.

Can S'well expedite orders?

Corporate Gifting orders:
S'well is unable to expedite orders at this time.

How can I reorder?

Corporate Gifting orders:
Customers will be presented with the option of reordering after logging into our Corporate Gifting portals.

Can I order Tumblers or Travelers?

Custom orders:
S'well Travelers and Tumblers will be available for customization in March of 2018.

Corporate Gifting orders:
S'well Travelers and Tumblers are currently available to order via our Corporate Gifting portal. Please note that products ordered on our Corporate Gifting portal cannot be customized.

Does S'well ship internationally?

Corporate Gifting Orders:
At this time, we only ship within the US. All Canadian order inquiries can be forwarded to our Canadian Distributor, Koru, at custom@korudistribution.com. All other international inquires can be forwarded to our International team at globalsales@swell.com.

How much does shipping cost?

Custom Orders:

*Merchandise and applicable freight charges will be invoiced when order is processed.

Contiguous 48 States in the US
(excluding Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories)
Order quantities of 48-249 units will ship via UPS at a rate of $1.50 per bottle
Order quantities of 250-499 units will ship via freight truck at a flat rate of $350
Order quantities of 500-999 units will ship via freight truck at a flat rate of $500
Order quantities of 1000 units and above: please contact our team at customops@swell.com for a quote.
*All orders over 2500 units will have shipping charges added once your order is approved.
*Please note that, if your bottles are shipped directly to your booth at a tradeshow/convention center, extra shipping fees may apply.

Corporate Gifting Orders:
Order Quantities 49 -199 units will ship UPS ground at a rate of $1.57 per bottle
Order Quantities of 200 units and above will ship freight. (Orders sent to the East Coast will ship at a flat rate of $200. Orders sent to the West Coast will ship at a flat rate of $300).
*All orders over 2500 units will have shipping charges added once your order is approved.
*Please note that, if your bottles are shipped directly to your booth at a tradeshow/convention center, extra shipping fees may apply.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Custom orders:
Standard lead time is 2-3 weeks from date of approved proof and receipt of prepayment. All orders over 2500 units may incur longer lead times.

Corporate Gifting orders:
Standard lead time is 5-7 business days from date of approved proof and receipt of prepayment. All orders over 2500 units may incur longer lead times.

What Carrier Does S'well Use?

Corporate Gifting Orders:
We primarily use UPS Ground to ship Corporate Gifting orders. If you would like to use your own shipping account to send your order, please include the account number in your order application.

What if I have a special shipping request?

Corporate Gifting orders:
Please add any special shipping requests to the 'Purpose for Use' field of your order application.
